Pazo Opens...
I checked out the gorgeous, sleek new restaurant Pazo, Baltimore's newest addtion to the restaurant scene.

Owners Tony Foreman and Chef Cindy Wolf are no strangers to Baltimore though, they also own Charleston, Petit Louis Bistro and Bin 604 Winesellers.  Pazo features cooking from Sicily, Catalonia,
Sardinia and Campania.  Food is served on small plates  meant to be shared. Diners can choose from a wide variety of seafood, spit-roasted game, Neapolitan pizzas, regional meats and cheeses. There is an  excellent wine list to complement your food selections.  Pazo is beautiful!  There is a large lounge area with comfortable booths and a mezzannine  that overlooks the spacious dining
room. The soaring ceiling adds to  the ambience of this lovely, restored space. A portion of the dining room is transformed into a dance floor in the later evening hours.There is  complementary valet parking and two private rooms are available.
